This assures your sheets, towels, bathmats, etc. have been cleaned using commercial machines with boilers and commercial grade cleaners which kill more germs than a home washer/dryer can do. We also make sure every surface of the home is wiped down with commercial cleaners with bleach, paying special attention to items such as remote controls, doorknobs, cupboard handles, and anything within the home which are touched by hands on a regular basis. We provide single use products rather than large bottles of shampoos, soaps, etc. which have been used by previous guests. Our goal is for our guests to have a safe, enjoyable time staying at a My 2nd Home property, knowing that the home they are staying in has been cared for and cleaned by the best in the business. The Twin bed room is next to the master bedroom and the beds can be bridged (upon request) into a king bed to create a 2nd Master bedroom. The Bunk room features a full bed over full bunk bed, set away from both walls for access from both sides. The loft features two twin sofa beds with memory foam mattresses and a 55" Roku TV for streaming your favorite movies. The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower, toilet, and sink. The downstairs living room has a large sectional sofa, swivel chair, game table, oversized recliner for a reading corner, and a children's play area under the beautiful wood staircase. This area also features a large, 65" Roku Television for streaming your favorite movies and we provide YouTube TV for your local Salt Lake City area TV stations and much, much more. The full kitchen is fully supplied with large refrigerator, stove, double oven, microwave, coffee pot, pots, pans, dishes, cups, silverware, crock pot, basic spices, and aminities to get you through a typical weekend. You only need to provide your favorite food and snacks. The kitchen area also has a large table with a long bench and 4 chairs.  Downstairs is a half bath with toilet and sink and this room also shares a full size, stacked, washer and dryer. This cabin has everything you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and kick back, take a deep breath of fresh clean mountain air, and relax. Panguitch Lake is located 16 miles outside of Cedar Breaks, 17 miles from downtown Panguitch, and less than an hour drive from Bryce Canyon National Park. Elevation of 8300ft. Temperatures are absolutely perfect for summertime fun and if ice fishing snow shoeing is your thing, you'll love this cabin in the winter! The best burgers in the world is the Burger Barn located in Panguitch Lake. Don't forget Prime Rib Saturday's for the best smoked prime rib anywhere around. Panguitch Lake is one of the best places in Utah for trout fishing and is located only one mile away from this amazing cabin. If you choose to come during winter time, skiing is located in Brianhead 20 miles and only a 30 minute drive away. Wifi is available although given our location on the mountain it may be slower than what you find at home. Cell coverage is spotty given your carrier. Locally - ATV's allowed with many trails, fishing, dining. There are several boat rental and ATV rental companies in the area, so you don't have to drag your toys here unless you want to.

Create your favorite gourmet meals in the fully stocked kitchen which boasts a 72” built in refrigerator, a 36” gas cooktop, double ovens and a microwave. If this still isn’t enough you can use kitchen in the basement which has another refrigerator, gas cooktop, a 3rd oven and another microwave. If you find yourself wanting to enjoy a meal outside you can use the grill on the covered patio that wraps around the entire backyard.
